Need help with a pattern? A purchase? A download? Have a yarny question? Chances are, you’re not alone so here is where you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions. If your question isn’t answered here, this post may help.
I don’t understand how your pattern is written. Can you please explain it?
Sure! There are so many formats for crochet patterns, it can be hard going from one designer’s patterns to another. I have written a blog post all about how and why I write my patterns like it do. You can read it here.
I found this cool pattern on Pinterest/Ravelry/The Internet. Can you tell me how it’s done?
Unless it’s my pattern, I can’t help you. Because it’s wrong. If someone else designed it, I have no right to reverse engineer it. Your best bet is to contact the designer. Look for their website or the pattern on Ravelry. If it’s for sale, buy it. A few dollars for a whole lot of work is well worth it and helps the designer continue to make cool things.
Pattern purchase/download issues
I ordered a pattern, but I haven’t received an email to download it.
Please wait half an hour or so before contacting me. These emails are automated and they can take a few minutes to be sent. Please check your spam and if you used Paypal to purchase, check your Paypal email address for the download email. If you still can’t find it, email me with your order details and we’ll sort it out. No drama.
I accidentally ordered the wrong terminology. I need UK/US.
If it was a free pattern, simply go back to the store and add the correct terms version to you cart and go from there.
If it was a paid pattern, email me and we’ll sort it out.
