Manderley Crochet Blanket

Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again.

Such a wonderful opening line from the book Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier.

My latest big blanket project is called the Manderley Crochet Blanket Pattern after the estate in the book.  The house is surrounded by giant rhododendron bushes and so the very floral look of this design fits the name well.

Beneath the Surface Crochet Blanket

Join me in an exercise in calm as you make the simple, yet effective Beneath the Surface Crochet Blanket.

This is a project perfect for the adventurous beginner, with only the simplest of stitches used to make the solid base of the blanket. After the squares are made, surface crochet is added in a contrasting colour to make the circles and squares on top.

Mayan Crochet Blanket

Inspired by the mystical geometry of the ancient Mayan people, this intricate crochet blanket is reminiscent of the Mayan calendar. For clear instructions and helpful how-tos, videos of all rounds, grab your copy of the ebook right here.

The FRAN Crochet Blanket

FRAN is Fetching, Refined, Affable and Noteworthy. Together the patterns make an elegant statement piece for your home about 68 inches x 68 inches (173 cm x 173 cm). This pattern is suitable to beginners as only 3 stitches are used throughout.

For the first time in my ebooks, charts are included! There are links to videos for all the techniques and stitches you’ll need to do, extensive hints and tips and round by round photos Designed for a single colour, FRAN will make an elegant addition to your home. You can read all about what’s in it here.
