Bask Cushion Cover Free Pattern

Hi folks 🙂

Recently, I was given the opportunity to test some yarn from The Indie Yarn Store  and write a review on Cut Out and Keep.

I chose to use one of the bazillion patterns I have designed and not gotten around to releasing to make a cushion cover using the lovely Pickle & Co Superwash Merino DK, hand dyed by Marnie – the owner of Indie Yarn Store in Woody Point, north of Brisbane in sunny Queensland.

I thought the pattern suited a bold colour scheme and so I went a bit out of my normal preferred hues of blue to play with teal – Rocket and yellow – Big Trev to make the Bask Cushion Cover.

The yarn is lovely.  So gorgeous to work with.  It’s not splitty at all and the colours are so good! They are solid colours, but the hand dying has created a lovely subtle tone variation that really adds to the look of the pattern I think.  It would be gorgeous knitted too!

Thanks so much Indie Yarn Store & Cut Out & Keep for giving me the opportunity to play with this lovely Pickle & Co yarn.

Thank you so much for the delightful cushion cover pattern. I am very, very, behind with the Greg cal; that is still on my to-do-list as well.

    Have a lovely Christmas time
